The Master of Science in Electrical Engineering program provides you with hands-on experience that will prepare you to take a leading role in the industry. You will learn how to design systems, components and processes in a way that takes into consideration realistic constraints as you specialize with an emphasis in embedded systems, communications, networking, signal processing, controls, or materials/circuits/sensors.
Program Highlights
- Designed for full-time and part-time students.
- Developed for working engineers with a mix of face-to-face and online classes.
- Available on campus or completely online.
- Graduate assistantships offered each semester for on-campus students.
- Students develop strong leadership and problem-solving skills working with undergraduate students in power, IC design, EM circuits, communications, networking, controls, and signaling processing courses.
- Elective courses are available in physics, mathematics, computer science, economy and management.
Program Distinctions
- Graduates have gone on to work at companies such as Honeywell, Medtronic, Hughes, T-Mobil and AT&T among other companies.
